Featuring a 14.1 megapixel sensor and a wide-angle 28mm 12x optical zoom lens, the PowerShot SX150 IS boasts a wide field of view and great zoom ratio, giving users the flexibility to shoot photographs with wide scenes or simply zooming in on subjects to capture more details.
Intelligent IS (Image Stabilizer)
The camera automatically selects the optimum IS for all situations allowing users to capture crystal-clear, picture-perfect moments whether they are capturing photographs or video.
The Intelligent IS eliminates shake by analyzing the motion of both the camera and subject, and identifies the shot type such as panning, macro or telephoto shot.
Creative Filters
Injected more fun and energy into every photograph with the Creative Filter feature. Consisting of 8 special effects:- Toy Camera
(Standard, Warm, Cool) – Creates an unique vignetting effect with an unevenly saturated look.
- Monochrome (B&W, Sepia, Blue) – Creates a dramatically artistic effect by giving images a black and white film look with emphasis on contrast and grain.
- Miniature - Plays with perspective to create the impression of a much smaller world.
- Fish-eye - Gives your images a fun, curvilinear distortion.
- Super Vivid - Increases the hue and saturation.
- Poster - Colour transitions are more abrupt for a hand-painted poster look.
- Color Accent - Retains one colour and change all others to monochrome.
- Color Swap - Selects one colour and replaces it with another.
